It’s so hot…ALREADY!

My Mood:

    HOWDY! Not much happening down here in the bayou but the heat and LSU baseball. I’m going back to my GI doctor in the morning for a check up, my chest has not been hurting as bad, so I guess the meds are working! YAY! Then Thursday I go back to the eye doctor to have my contacts check out. I don’t know what is going on with them…UGH…But they think I might be allergic to the material they are made out of! If it’s not one thing it’s another!
    My nephew and niece are visiting from North Carolina! My parent’s, nephew, niece, sis’ and most of her kids are going to a new RV park in Biloxi for 4th of July! That will be so much FUN! They will get to see two firework displays! WooT! We are not gonna be able to make this trip with them, but we will make a visit!
    Sunday we celebrated Father’s Day with my Daddy, my brother-in-law and my nephew-in-law (~*giggle*~). This was D’s first father’s day...He was beaming all day! My sis cooked jambalaya, Momma made her YUMMY potato salad, we had lots of other goodies and we brought a variety of breads and a Chantilly cake...OMGoodie that cake is heavenly! The day was great we all laughed and enjoyed being with each other as always! Here is a pic of me and my sweet Daddy...Hope you had a great day also!
