My Mood:

    Another year has passed...Things changed yet things stayed the same. Lovie and I are ready for this new year...Ready for a new challenges, adventures and life.
    Our Disney trip was magical as always! We couldn’t have asked for more...Lovie surprising me with buying The Disney Vacation Club for our anniversary was the highlight of the vacation! We bought in at The Animal Kingdom Villas! We are ready for our first visit back “home” YAY!
    I have neglected my poor blog for too long...I have been sucked into FaceBook with all the fun games! I can’t stop! So I must show my lonely blog some much needed attention! I have much to share...But no time at the moment, so I will return and you can read about those adventures...Have a great rest of your day!

My Mood:

I’m feeling pretty good since my test, but still have the chest pains. I am VERRA anxious to go back to the doctor to talk to him about what else he might have found on the scan. I pray he can help me find what is cause these chest and arm pains. It’s scary…
Our Easter started out Thursay with exchange of Easter gifts…YAY!

We spent Good Friday at the river camp with Lovie’s family. We fished, colored eggs, had an egg hunt and fried fish. Oh and Lovie’s Aunt made her bread pudding! OH my it was soooooo YUMMY!

Saturday Lovie and I took it a lil easy for the day. But we did decide to go tan then came back home and nap! It was nice to be lazy!
Easter morning we got up and had coffee and got moving. We went by my nephews first...It was my Great nephews 1st Easter! He was having so much fun with all his goodies everyone had given him! Lovie and I gave him a lil bull...He was SOOO cute with it!

After we went to our BFF’s. We haven’t seen the main T in a lil while, he has been working 7 days a week! It was great to get to spend the afternoon with them! They had so much wonderful food...So much, it was hard to choose what to eat! And some really yummy sweets!
We enjoyed ourselves with them so much. It had been too long since we have seen their families!

Hope everyone enjoyed their St. Patrick’s Day! Did you remember to wear your green so you wouldn’t get pinched?!?! I did! Lovie cooked corn beef and cabbage tonight...It was so good! In the spirit of St. Patty’s here is a Polyvore

My Mood:

Mardi Gras season is always full of fun, throws, food, family, friends and king cake! Lovie and I had our clocks set for 5 AM Saturday morning...I woke at 4 AM but was able to slumber away for another 45 minutes. We woke had our coffee and got movin’!
We picked up the boudin balls on our way into town and Lovie had a couple with a link a boudin for his breakfast. We got to our spot and unloaded and got everything set up with our friends. My BFF’s hubby had to work, so Lovie helped out with the cooking. Everyone ate, visited, danced and waited for the parade to roll. There is nothing like everyone coming into the city, you get to see people you haven’t seen in years and meet new friends. Here are some pics from our fun!

If you’re planning on catching a parade tomorrow have fun and stay safe! I asked Lovie what he’ll be giving up for lent but he hasn’t made his mind up yet. (I’m Baptist, so I do not pro take in lent) Happy Mardi Gras!

My Mood:

    This morning while still answering E-Mails I heard the mailman put a package on the porch! OHhhhhh What is it...I went out and got it and it was addressed to Lovie! He texted me and told me a package was coming today and I BETTER not open it, it is my Valentine’s gift and I could have it when he got home! OH OH OH OH OH...HOW was I gonna handle this! My best bet, I got dressed and went to tan and get a smoothie! Had to get my mind off my gift! UGHHHH...
    After I got home the package was STILL sitting there looking at me tempting me! Lovie called and told me to go in the bedroom till he could make sure everything was ok with the gift…Okkkk. SO off the my nest I went to watch TV for a bit...
    He came and got me and I found a lil heart cake and a GIFT BAG! OH BOY!!! Here are some pics of what my wonderful hubby gave me EARLY for Valentine’s (he did it early because we have plans this weekend!!!)
